"You need to expect this is a mountain hotel so it can be a little dated and caters to outdoor people who don’t need the 4-5 star resort. The only downside was the parking lot was too small and the first night we had to park offsite. The breakfast was good and included but the dining room at dinner was high priced for the limited options."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, amazing Dolomites views, great location outside of (but close to) Cortina, with shuttle service to town. Outstanding service and friendliness that’s refreshing to see. They are highly focused on the full experience of their guests with special events, activities offered, spa services and amenities, and dedicated hospitality. Thank you again, Stella, in particular, for being so responsive and attentive to our needs and requests."

"Place is very clean, just wish their breakfast starts earlier than 7:30am. Guests come here to hike the Dolomites and need to leave. Had to miss 2 breakfasts during my 4 days stay, thus minus a star."

"Staff were always willing to help, very kind and patient too. Room was OK, balcony was on the smaller side, but big enough for us, bed super comfortable, slept very very well, the shower however was extremely small. Breakfast is pretty standard pastries, toast, jams, hams, cheese etc, worked well for us.. the coffee on the other hand is not great at all, and the fruit juiceachine was all out of juice too. We enjoyed our stay, thank you to all the staff, upgrading our room for us, finding us extra pillows, and even extra cherry jam too!"

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
