「The staff are incredibly helpful. Mahrous particularly on reception can’t do enough to help. But as a European traveler staying in lots of hotels, I cannot overly recommend this hotel as there are no amenities. I will stay again if visiting Riyadh for personal reasons (and for price!), but for business I have to stay somewhere better equipped to serve a business travelers needs. 」

「I think it is one of the most convenient hotels in Saudi Arabia. The building is a little old, but it is clean and the staff are very hospitable.」

「My experience after the stay was disappointing. I accidentally left my belonging in the room and arranged for a courier afterwards to deliver it. However, despite both parties confirmed the item in advance with a photo, the item they sent was different. I asked them to resend the item, but all subsequent messages were ignored. It seems my valuables will never be returned. It's sad as there were no issues with the room or service during my stay. I have always trusted Crowne Plaza brand given...

「Great hotel and definitely worth the price! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The price was reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.」
