I enjoyed every day of my stay. The staff was so kind and helpful . General manager Mohamed was so accommodating and helpful . My mom got sick at the resort and he was so kind and helpful in helping out my mom . Bilal was also helpful and genuinely cared if I was having a good stay and just made my stay more personable. The beach was perfection-bright , clean sand and sparkling water and the infinity pools were beautiful, all adjacent to the Red Sea and lovely landscape. Fantastic stay but do not respect gold status

The stay was fantastic. Great people, great facilities and perfect location. It is probably a bit harsh of me to only give 4 stars, but it annoys me so much that they don’t respect the Expedia gold service of free upgrade if available. Upgrade of rooms was obviously available because they tried to sell it to me. We also could have an earlier check in if we paid for the upgrade and early check in is also supposed to be included in the Expedia/hotels.com gold privileges. The lack of upgrades is however in general a non-existing and false advertising of the Expedia/hotels.com so perhaps it is just as much a blame on Expedia, but Kempinski takes it to a new level by trying to sell you the upgrade you are supposed to have included (the same happens in the Kempinski hotel by the Dead Sea). Except from this little annoyance a great stay with fantastic staff.
