We were checked in way ahead of check in time and we loved every moment we were there. Great swimming pools, great food, amazing view from our very roomy room!
This hotel is the quintessential Dead Sea experience. The location is unbeatable, offering sweeping views of the water and the surrounding mountains, which look particularly magical at sunrise and sunset (as seen from the pool area).
Direct beach access lets you easily enjoy the unique, therapeutic mud and the incredible salt formations along the shore. Floating in the mineral-rich water is truly an unforgettable, bucket-list activity! The resort itself features beautiful, clean pool areas and a tranquil atmosphere perfect for rejuvenation.
The service was excellent, but here's a crucial tip for travelers: If you're a Hotels.com/ Expedia member, you always get an upgrade when booking here! Highly recommended for a relaxing, health-focused, and incredibly picturesque escape.
Great property on the Dead Sea with nice private beach complete with mud for full mud bath/ spa experience. Many pools including some adult only and a great pool for swimming laps. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent mixed grill meal. Lots of terrace areas to sit and enjoy the view or a quiet nook. I recommend it.

The staff were amazing, but the property needs some improvement!
It's an excellent clean place. Great customer service. You will get more than you expect. very accommodating. Ibrahem at the front desk was helpful. The restaurant manager also was great and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
Clean and fresh room. Comfortable bed. Nice gift in the bathroom. Have a beachside which due to the the lowering water level is a short walk down. Beachbeds and parasols both on the beach and by the pools. Several pools both for children and adults. Average breakfast with few jordanian influenses, plus for the on demand omelet and good service. Very friendly staff everywhere, a special shout out to the receptionist Ibrahim who went out of his way to help us and was super friendly. Big parkinglot.
For a gated resort on the Dead Sea I was hoping for a little more.
Room was spacious and well-equipped, nice little balcony with a view of the sea. The bathroom was also nice and had a bath, though you can’t actually use it, there is no plug.
The private Dead Sea “Beach” was a big draw and there is easy access to the waters. Would be nice if they made a little more effort to prepare the area for guests, maybe remove some of the sharp stones or grade the sand a little. It is just some loungers and chairs put on the coast line with a few showers that barely worked, though the mud packs and bar are nice to have there.
The pools are decent, if a little shabby around the edges, but certainly fun and the water slide a nice addition.
The restaurant was very disappointing. The menu was uninspiring, general international dishes, the quality of the food was poor and the service almost non-existent.
Just consistently disappointing.

The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun.
The Dead Sea Spa Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Great value for money and a perfect location at the Dead Sea. The food and the staff, particularly Mitze was lovely. Thanks for making this stay fantastic.
