Aptos Hills-Larkin Valley Vacations from ￥321,298

It is very nice of a place. I just didnt get a kitchen to cook in. So the pictures lied and i couldnt get in just yet. Other then that great place, location and nice community.

Upon arrival to my room, I noticed the door was cracked open and a man was inside. I assume he was apart of housekeeping but he didn’t clarify. So that was weird! My room floor needed vacuuming, which I did report to the front desk, along with the man in my room, but nothing was resolved by them. I didn’t have internet access in the television, which I did report. They provided free breakfast, but it was never resolved. The room felt older than described in the website. Spent time at the pool, but didn’t go in since it looked dirty. I love the area for the shopping and restaurant options, but for the price of the rooms, I’m still undecided if it’s worth it for next time. I will be spending lots more time in San Jose since my niece attends Santa Clara and may have to look for another hotel.

As other reviews indicated The Room was very small and simple, it was clean but it is an old building so it's not updated look wise. However it was perfect for a work traveler that is looking for an affordable place, in a good location and will only sleep and is going to work from room when in there. It has an extra charge for parking and the staff it was friendly and helpful. They have a hard 3 pm check in, laundry room and a gym. I would stay here if I was coming for work
