"The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations."

"This location is very tucked away deep into a hilly little neighborhood. The driveway is steep for nervous drivers but for us it was perfect. The house was clean and well-kept. The bathroom was large for the space. We attended a wedding very close to the location so it was convenient."

There was plenty of space, our children ages 1-11 loved the “park” as they called it, which was the large, completely fenced play area out front which we could watch them play from the front deck or from the many windows in the house. "Beautiful property and wonderful host. Close property was well maintained and provided beautiful areas for lounging and picnicking. Plenty of room beyond that for exploring and hiking. The host was gracious and spent some time talking to us, however was not invasive at all and afforded us plenty time to ourselves. Really enjoyed the animals and meeting the desert tortoise. 100% will stay again in the future."

"Such a beautiful house to enjoy peace away from home. The view of the meadow, sounds of the creek, waterfall, goats, deer, geese add to the serenity. Everything we needed was at the house, but we did also enjoy a day in Tahoe City and Grass Valley. Missed the Nothern Lights but saw the stars from the floor to ceiling windows. We will come back!"

"Overall a very good deal for the money. The house had every amenity for a comfortable stay including a large covered patio which was really handy because it rained several days during my stay. The fence surrounding the backyard appears to be held up by posts attached to the tree. It creaks and moves when windy. Also, the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house isn’t great but the convenience to other things to do is nice."
