「The property is beautiful. It's decorated so nice and the cabin was really clean and tidy. We loved the location. There is a fan above the hot tub and there is a bird's nest on the fan... So a heads up. We never got an email with info on the code to get in the door. We were able to make a call and get that info. We were not informed that the property is under a boil water advisory and were drinking the water!! That definitely should have been communicated ahead of time!!!

「I will start with the positive. We got massages and the spa was nice. The massages were good. The steakhouse was wonderful and the manager there, the waitress and the staff throughout Oglebay were really good.
