"Our room needed a bit of attention when we arrived (hand soap empty, TV cable missing) and the porter on night duty came to the rescue straight away. He was great! We also appreciate the menu and service at the bar and restaurant and the front desk employees have always been pleasant and helpful. Nice-sized rooms as well."

"Room was not clean. Lot of dirt and foodstuff under the bed and in the sofabed"

"All of the staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms and hallways need updating. The bathroom was dirty, poop stains on the toilet bowl, mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. They also charge $50.00 per night to park. They charge the same amount for people to park that are not staying at the hotel. You would think they would appreciate their actual hotel guests with a better price for parking. "

"I was shocked that they did not turn over the room when staying over 2 nights. Had to request towels and they were just left on the counter, didn't take the dirty ones out."

"Overall, very nice. Housekeeping on the day of our checkout though knocked on the door at 8:00 am to see if we had left yet - I’m not complaining about that, but it did wake us up and we thought it was odd. The check-in process was great and the hotel gave us complementary amenities for my husband’s birthday which I thought was very nice. "
