"My wife and I have been to over 40 countries and this was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in.
First of all, the disrespect began when, early in the morning on the day of check-in, we received an email from the hotel saying that they could not accommodate us and that we would be sent to another hotel in the same chain, the Brezza Hotel.
However, the hotel did not even have hot water available, an item that we consider basic in any type of accommodation. The elevator did not work and...

"Not good,dirty carpet,safe not working,TV not working.Was told would be sorted by manager but wasn't.Wifi not working in room on second floor Staff unable to understand English or Italian and a toilet located within a shower cubicle, come on I'm on holiday not in prison!
Manager arrogant and unhelpful, I had an early flight so had to leave before breakfast start by 10 minutes so asked staff if it was ok to make sandwich to take with me, the girl said ok no problem then manager explained...

"The couple that runs this B&B is very sweet and caring and we loved the breakfast they made for us with the fresh pastries and baked goods, yummy cold cuts, hard boiled eggs and of course the fabulous Italian cappuccino that we learned to love so much.
The shower was interesting, because it’s right on the middle of the bathroom with no curtain or doors around it, but it worked great and I ended up enjoying my shower there too. You just have to remove everything that shouldn’t get wet before you...
