"Great for the price. Breakfast was lovely, all staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice, and the rooms are definitely adequate although dated. Downsides: not great for dinner / lunch food or drinks, and better book transportation in advance to avoid long waiting times. Otherwise, a good and very reasonably priced spot from where to explore Cannes & Antibes. "

"Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was attentive and friendly. The concierge booked us a great beach day and arranged for transportation. Rooms and entire hotel well maintained. Roof top pool was small but nice. Great location. We would absolutely stay there again on a trip to Antibes."

"Enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was great and the spa facilities excellent. The hotel was much further away from the beach and local shops than expected so this was the only negative. Absolutely perfect though if you have a car. The bus stop is only a 10 minute walk away though and the buses take you to the train station so it is easy to visit other places such as Nice, Monaco and Cannes. The hotel was lovely, I would highly recommend. "

"Our stay at Appart Hotel Odalys City Antibes, the hotel is lacking great maintenance. The door of underground car park we broken, then we discover there was no air conditioning, no internet, the television didn’t work, in the lift the safety handle was falling off the wall, the fridge has the bottle rack that came off in your hand, the general condition was shabby. "The staff where very friendly and helpful, the Property had everything required for a pleasant stay, excellent location for reaching Monaco, Cannes, Nice and up and down the Côte d'Azur. If you are after a 5 star hotel then book one but for the average Mortal Residéal is more that adequate. Within easy walking of Antibes and the Railway station that unlocks hassle free travel to the French Riviera, would book again."
