"Still haven’t receive a refund I was guaranteed because they gave our rooms away and gave us a super small room and a room that smelt like mold. We came another weekend believing it would be better but this time the front desk lady tried over charging us and then had the wrong reservation at first. The male front desk agent was excellent tho. His name is Trevor. They are lucky to have him. "

"We really enjoy iur stays at the Hilton. Only downfall is that housekeeping is banging on doors in the morning with "housekeeping" very loudly. With computer systems there should be a better way!!! When Im on vacation I dont want to be up at 8 am!"
