「Short unexpexted stay because of a vehicle break down. Dog friendly, reasonable, but they should make it a pet deposit instead of a fee. Doggy slept in the kennel and we woke and left. Kind and friendly staff. Had a place to park our trailer. 」
「Riverside Hotel was beautiful. It was quiet at night. Very convenient to get anywhere needed in Casper. There was one male front desk worker who wasn't the best as we had asked about the restaurant and he told us it opened at 4, however, it was closed that night. That is the only thing that was bad. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was delicious, the rest of the staff was kind, and it was clean! Beds are comfortable. 」
「When I arrived, there was a group of loud guys in the lobby. This made listening to the receptionist difficult. I mentioned this and the young man shifted and spoke louder so I could hear. Check-in went without a hitch.
We stayed only overnight as we were traveling.」
「We checked in to a well appointed room.The desk staff was open and friendly. We found a dirty fridge, which with a bit of soap and hot water was clean and useable. We enjoyed the quiet room, great parking and the closeness to our activities. The construction was a minor worry but a nearby Starbucks made up for it.」
