"Overall, we had a very great experience. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Love the Texas shaped waffles. The rooms were spacious and comfortable . It was perfect for a family of five. Will definitely return for another family trip."

I'm not sure how this property received an 8.2. I think it's proximity to SeaWorld is enabling the business to keep going."

"Polish Staff were friendly and attentive. The room could be cleaned better, same goes with the outdoor pool. We had an issue with the freezer with a foul smell that lingered in the room. They took care of it the next day. The iron had some icky black stuff on it and they replaced it right away. Overall, good location and surrounded by a lot of shops. "

"Our experience at Courtyard Marriott Lackland was extremely disappointing. One of the first issues we encountered was being required to pay prior to even arriving at the property, which felt unusual and set the tone for the stay. Unfortunately, things escalated when we began experiencing what we believed to be bedbug-related issues. After two nights of itching and discomfort, we made the difficult decision to cut our family trip short and return home early. This was especially upsetting as this was a spring break trip for my daughters, and we missed out on planned activities and experiences in San Antonio. While the hotel did provide a refund, the response from management lacked accountability and empathy for the situation. There was little acknowledgment of the disruption to our trip or the condition concerns we raised. Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience, loss of time, and added stress to what was supposed to be a memorable family vacation. I would strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider their options before staying at this location. "
