I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe.
I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place.
First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff.
I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me.
We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed.
The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. "We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade.
The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us.
Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome.
We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth."
"夫婦と子供2人で2度目の滞在です。設備や清潔さは前回同様問題ありませんでした。ただ、フリーWi-Fiの接続が、部屋によって入り具合が異なる点が残念でしたが、コスパは大変良いですし、スタッフもフレンドリーなので、パースに来た際はまた利用したいと思います。
日本からは夜便ですので、レセプションは開いていません。エントランス右側のキーボックスから受け取って、エントランス左側の駐車場の格子の入り口から入ります。前回滞在時は、空港からホテル近くに着くバスがありましたが、電車開通により無くなってしまったので、空港線でPerth駅まで行き、駅前から960番のバスに乗れば近くまで行けます。切符は発券から2時間以内であれば、空港で買った電車の切符を見せて、バス停の「Plain street after Hay street」と言えばバスに無料で乗れました。手前のMclver駅の方がホテルに近いですが、バスの大通りまで少し歩くので、夜間はPerthまで行った方が安心かと思います。あと、Red catのバス停が近くにありますが、道路工事により大幅な路線変更が行われていたので、数か月は別のバス停から出ています。Trans Perthのアプリを入れて交通検索した方が良いと思います。"
"From the entrance to the reception staff and the restaurant, I was truly impressed by the hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication of the hotel employees to treating their guests with care. As a Japanese traveler who is not confident in English, I really appreciated how they communicated with me in a clear and simple manner.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I was even treated to a special surprise. The room was also very clean.
If I could, I would give this hotel 100 stars! I haven’t stayed at other hotels in Perth, but I can confidently recommend this one without a doubt."
