What a wonderful traditional Austrian GASTHAUS tastefully redecorated with a beautiful pool that’s good for relaxing, but not really lap swimming. The food is excellent. The waiter from Guinea was wonderful and helped me feel right at home. the room was beautiful the bed very comfortable. It definitely seems like a wedding destination hotel, though it looks like already there is some damage to the new decorations: a chipped bathtub torn carpeting on the stairs too bad the area is beautiful and the place is lovely

Such a wonderful property that words can’t describe. Breakfast was superb, the sauna was rejuvenating, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. 5 minute walk to bus stop that connected us to everything we wanted (bus #25 to Salzburg city center, #840 to Lake Königssee). We truly loved our stay here and highly recommend this property to all visiting this beautiful area!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was very nice with a gorgeous view to the mountains and a very comfortable bed. Level of service was fantastic, great breakfast, lovely sauna and friendly staff all around. We also enjoyed lunch at the hotel restaurant, which we definitely would also recommend! Bus into Salzburg is frequent, cheap and easy.

This is a lovely guest house that combines local (Salzburg/Anif) traditions with modern amenities. The staff is kind, courteous and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of fresh foods, and dinner (which you should reserve) is excellent.

The property is located just outside of Salzburg in a village called Anif. Schlosswirt is a Castle property directly adjacent to the hotel. The level of service and quality of food was outstanding. The staff were very helpful in providing directions for areas of interest and the breakfasts were second to none. I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel.
