「Everything was just perfect! The food was amazing, the staff was warm and welcoming, the place had a relaxing atmosphere which was perfect for us after a full day of driving. The only tiny thing that could be improved was the wines that were offered - could be an idea to keep some dry wines too (but this is just a small thing)」

「Fantastiskt bra tented camp alldeles utanför Talek Gate.

「Food was good but our room and bathroom were infested with bees. We were not told that drinks at dinner time had to be paid. So it was surprising to see a check after a cup of juice. Something was hitting our walls the entire night so we could barely sleep. But the view and atmosphere were nice.」

「We paid for our stay in full months in advance. When we arrived, the lodge was closed. We were told the owner had passed away. While this is a tragic situation, it is not an excuse for leaving paying guests without any notice. No one contacted us, cancelled our reservation, or arranged alternative accommodation. Instead of relaxing after a long drive, we had to spend the evening urgently searching for somewhere else to sleep. Accepting bookings without informing guests that the property is...

「We never made it to the lodge we booked. Despite repeated assurances via email and text through hotel.com that our booking was guaranteed , on our way to Masai Mara our driver received a call to divert us away from the original lodge Nalepo Mara which had a swimming pool to another lodge called the the Masai Ndovu Lodge which appears to be under the same management. This lodge had a broken pool limited WiFi and lodges which were not new. When I took the matter up with Josef he dismissed me by...

「Fully recommended」

「The staff was extremely pleasant especially Anne, Cate and Duncan. Making sure we were always taken care of!」
