From the moment we booked, the team reached out proactively to enquire about our plans and any requirements we might have. This thoughtful initial contact immediately set the tone and made us feel well looked after before we had even arrived. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. A particular highlight was their assistance in preparing our clothes for the New Year’s Eve party that evening, which removed any last-minute stress and allowed us to fully enjoy the occasion. This level of care and attention to detail really distinguishes The Moore from many other hotels. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable, providing a calm and luxurious retreat. Beyond the room, the hotel’s public spaces are truly fabulous — expansive, atmospheric and filled with striking works of art that make simply walking through the building a pleasure in itself. The Moore feels as much like a curated cultural space as it does a hotel.
