"Lovely hotel, set in a charming town. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and locals as well. Great transport, only 20 min bus ride to Amnsterdam Central Station. Hotel room was well maintained and ours had a balcony, nice to enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh air. Next time I stay there I will have to try their restaurant Joon which was certainly popular each night."

"The staff (Coco, Steve, Thomas, Charles) were exceptional, and the only reason I give the hostel high marks. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, but the bad part was the kitchen with non-working fridge, no soap and paper towels- those would be nice even at an economy class hostel. "The staff are not very friendly and especially to independent travellers as the hotel is geared to large groups. There are rules about only being allowed 2 sachets of coffee in the room then you have to buy more. There is a lift but only to certain areas, not all rooms are accessible by lift, which is not good as it appears that most guests are elderly. Breakfast not available to those not travelling in a group. Area out the back in the area that you go through to the car park is an accident waiting to happen with tools and cables strewn around untidily (see photo)"
