Perfect LOCATION and family friendly! This 3 bedroom home comes with 5 beds and 2 sofa beds to accommodate your whole crew. With an Huge Kitchen, stone fireplace, dining room, breakfast nook, porch, backyard, and balcony, this home has plenty of spaces for everyone! 3 desks accommodate all schoolwork or remote work.

Free in-unit washer and dryer, internet, parking. We love pets and accept them on a case by case basis. We require NO CHORES from guests.

Do Not Book

I booked this almost 3 months in advance. I confirmed this via the app prior to our flight. I arrived in Anchorage to not having ANY communication from the host. No directions, no access code, nothing. I attempted to contact the host via phone and app message. No response. I contacted VRBO and they could not reach the host either. We ended up having to book two last minute hotel rooms after midnight, costing close to a grand. This was THE WORST VRBO/host I have ever booked. Save your time and stress. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

DO NOT BOOK

The listing was inaccurate and lists events with family available as well as birthday parties. I had 12 people in mind who were all close family and friends. This was going to be a very lowkey event with just family and close friends. I contacted host but they never replied, however, the booking went through and I paid. All good right? Well, Property manager claims they canceled, however they failed inform me or the company. I contacted the host to double check everything was good, and they responded DAY OF. I was told they allegedly couldn’t complete it because aid something with the host’s insurance(a problem for the host to handle and something they should check if they claim to allow events). Thankfully i was eventually helped by the customer line but not before the host INSULTED ME and YELLED at me (yelling over me and calling me names on a conference call that should NOT have happened if the host is aggressive). They were rude, unprofessional and hostile. Don’t book because you might be SOL like I was. Host’s Customer Service is a -10/10.
