This home is your ticket to relaxation and fun because it offers modern, elegant, relaxing vibes. it's also fully accessible with a wide driveway, well-lit path, wide doors, no steps or stairs throughout the entire house, and a shower chair available.

With a fully equipped kitchen that's ready to turn any amateur chef into a gourmet, you can whip up delicious meals or enjoy takeout on the patio, surrounded by comfy seating and a tabletop fire pit.

But the real star of the show is the hot tub – your personal oasis of bubbling bliss after a long day at Disneyland or the trade shows. Sink into its warm embrace under the starry sky and let your worries melt away.

Guest access

Guests can access the entire house and garage, except the separate entrance to the 2 studios in the backyard.

Other things to note for a great stay

- No parties, loud gatherings, or adult events allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your stay without refunds

- Minimum renter age is 25 years old. Per local regulations, please send a copy of your driver’s license or passport, and sign the attached rental agreement before arrival

- Quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am

- Only disclosed guests are allowed, with the option to accommodate up to 8 guests and add 2 extra guests for $39 per night per extra guest

- One pet is welcome with a pet fee of $299 per trip. Undisclosed pets will result in an immediate charge of $350 per pet per trip

- Please pick up after your pet, and pay attention to the grass area. Please use the pet blankets on the furniture. Your pet can’t be left alone and let us know if you need a crate

- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises, with a $1,000 cleaning and airing fee applied to any violations

- No USPS, FedEx, or UPS mail delivery allowed

- Make sure you don't forget anything. We'll hold lost & found items for a week before discarding them due to limited space. There is a $65 mailing fee on top of regular postage to mail your items if requested

- Our gardeners come every other Sunday and will access the front of the house and the backyard. They will not enter the house

- As with your own home, things may break occasionally, even though we maintain the entire house frequently. Broken things are not grounds for refunds if we address the issues within 24 hours

- Guests must comply with Orange County short-term rental rules and the host’s house rules. By confirming your stay, you agree to our Guest Agreement and Safety Waiver covering the use of amenities (hot tub, BBQ, etc.), house rules (no parties, quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM), and general safety.

All amenities are to be used at your own risk, and we ask that children and animals are always supervised. Please don’t tamper with any electrical or hot tub equipment.
