"Die Lage ist unumstößlich super - damit hat es sich mit den Vorteilen auch. Es war schlicht dreckig, die Badezimmer waren nicht okay. Jede Person kann immer in jeden Waschraum und in jedes Stockwerk, es gibt keine Verriegelungen. Ich hatte mich bei der Rezeption beschwert, dort wurde auch zugegeben, dass es gerade in den Waschräumen nicht gut aussieht, aber ließ sich nicht ändern. "Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 2am and they expedited check in to allow us to get to our room. They also agreed to hold our luggage once the airport found it until the end of the cruise even though we were not staying with them at the end of the cruise. Exceptional customer service! Great location in Tenerife as well! "
