"beautiful room, lovely location, nice staff. breakfast is served in a very beautiful space, but the food is not better than at a holiday inn. next time, we'll probably walk to one of the la conner bakeries or cafes."

"We absolutely loved the welcoming warm greetings of the staff person. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We missed a hand rail in the tub/shower. We did not like the frequent and repetitive messaging regarding our arrival and departure times. One even tried to upsell us on an earlier arrival time and larger room. "The room was clean, but very sparse and not a comfortable place to relax. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. There were only two dining chairs to sit in, no comfortable reading chair or sofa. The hard surface floor added to the cold, emptiness. Be warned that military jets fly by all during the day, but did stop over night. The HVAC unit is also very loud when it comes on. All-in-all, it is not bad for the price, but it is not a relaxing stay."

"Breakfast not worth it. The building is old, so clean for how old it is, I think? Things are just kind of falling apart, the toilet felt like it was going to come off the floor, the towel rack did fall off, but the jetted tub was in great shape and lovely so could have been a newer addition. Signage for the phone at check in is not clear, we are very educated people, but were made to feel very stupid when we didn’t go around the outside to the left 2 corners of the building to see the phone to call for check in. Then our reservation wasn’t found because she didn’t “hear” my last name correctly until I spelled it. Just overall an unwelcoming arrival, but that’s the only contact we had to have so that’s fine. The resident deer are sooo cute and come for apples and goodies and obviously have been there for years. I don’t think we will go back, we live locally but just look for a few days away from home now and then.. but it was just ok."

"The room was not only beautiful and nicely decorated but it was very spacious and quiet. The fireplace was a welcome touch!"

"Overall pretty satisfied. My 2 areas of dislike were the strong scent in the lobby. So strong I could taste it, it made me concerned about how the rooms might smell and they were fine. The other dislike was the lousy “breakfast”. Very small with limited options, cereal, waffles, bread, yogurt and coffee. That’s it. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again. "
