"This property was in a great location to explore the old town area while still be walkable to dining and vehicle rental options. The apartment was freshly cleaned when we arrived and was cleaned including mopping every day when we returned."

"Very good location for the city and the amenities around. The room was small but good for two people. The host was great. The only issue is the cleaning of the bathroom. Since arriving the toilet was clearly not cleaned properly and the bathroom was not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. A bit more care in this respect would had made our stay perfect."

"Our stay at Sphinx got the job done. It’s nothing fancy but it was clean and the bathroom was very nice. We liked that it was within walking distance to the main city area. "

"Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. The unit we were...

"Picture does not represent our room. The "suites" are in the old market section of the old city of Naxos. It's an interesting walk through alleyways from the waterfront to the apartment/suite. There were a few stairs but nothing too steep. There is NO parking anywhere close to the suite, and the only access is via the alley. If you want an authentic Greek experience, this is it.
The room had high ceilings, a full kitchen, washer, and king sized bed. The window opened to a view of the old market. Bathroom was adequate. The place was clean and management was very attentive. "
"Out of my two weeks vacation thru Greece this family hotel stood out for me and my wife ,from the amazing staff and the location, I never felt so much hospitality and true love for what they do , the peace I felt looking at those views and the breakfast is unbelievable ,I can wait to come back ."
"This family-run hotel was fantastic! The staff was very accommodating. We were able to rent a car from them and that was extremely convenient. The food was always delicious and the dining recommendations were divine! The best meals we had in Greece were on Naxos. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off for a very reasonable fee.
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Thanks for the great stay Stavros and family!"
"It was amazing! The room, the views, the breakfast, the proximity to the port and the restaurants. The service was also especial. I will recommend it 100%. Thank you for everything! "
"The room was amazing, beautiful, practical and quiet to sleep. So grateful we found Emery Hotel so closed to the center and Marina/Port. Walking distance to great restaurants and bakery. "
"We stayed here for 3 nights prior to joining a walking group. It is open plan and although at first sight it seemed small it is actually perfectly adequate, compact, well equipped and organised. This is among the cleanest holiday lets I have stayed in. There were thoughtful extra touches such as supplying a large bottle of water, a bowl of fresh fruit and replenishing the coffee. The outside terrace was lovely for having a drink, reading etc. The office and housekeeping staff were all helpful and friendly. Unusually I can't think of anything they could do to improve!"
