The hotel was in a great location, walkable to all the major spots I was interested in seeing on my first trip to Amsterdam. The employee who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming, and very helpful pointing me in the direction of some close food recommendations. I would love to stay here again next time I come to Amsterdam.

We got to the hotel early. The staff, Sebastian and Mark, took and kept our luggage until checking time. Sebastian was a great help giving us tips on where to eat and visit. The room was clean, the minibar was complimentary, and there were many stores and restaurants around. Overall a very nice place and experience (first time in Amsterdam).

Loved the size of the Hotel (small) and the size of the room(large). It was attractive. The room was set up with everything we needed and was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The common area carpet could use a vacuum & padded chairs some cleaning, otherwise it was great. Would stay there again. Location great.

We stayed at No. 377 House for our final night in Amsterdam. We were in search of a place with air conditioning as it was the middle of a heat wave. This place was a blessing. The staff was super helpful and kind, the room was spacious and cool, the bed was comfortable and the little balcony was a bonus! It's also convieniently located to sights and transit.

The rooms themselves were OK, don’t expect big rooms. I stayed in a smaller room with only a twin bed and it was very difficult to even open my suitcase, so keep in mind that the space might be tight when staying here. Otherwise, the rooms themselves were OK. pretty good natural lighting, the staff at the property were really helpful, but they are not really able to do much and you have to talk to someone through a camera if you want to get anything done regarding your room. I arrived about 15 minutes before my check-in time and they were unable to let me into the room. because the settings were already pre-programmed into the room that they would only let me in at the time I had set and they weren’t able override. The carpet in the hallways looked really dirty. Location is pretty good, close to public transit and very walkable area.

The service was excellent! Very friendly and made checking in and out easy. They are not onsite overnight but we had a contact number if we needed assistance. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location worked great for us! Our view was lovely but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

The hotel is located on a corner within view of the canal. The hotel was petite and the stairs were classic Dutch stairs (tiny and steep). The air conditioning was a bit weak, we ended up opening the windows. Overall, the hotel functioned the way we needed it to. It was a place to rest during our adventures and it did the trick.

Ideal location, “city view” was not such a view. The bathroom smelled like old hot garbage. Not sure if it was the shower or something in the wall or what it was but it was very unpleasant for the duration of our stay. Tried keeping the bathroom window open and the bathroom door closed but it permeated throughout the room

staff were wonderful, rooms well-appointed and affordable, free quality toothbrushes were a bonus; the only issue we had was that our room was the front room on the ground floor near the front door, so it was periodically a little loud (I'm sure if we'd have been on an upper floor that this wouldn't have been an issue). close to everything while not being too busy. recommended.

You could not ask for a better location, more charming rooms, or better hosts than at this wonderful, newly remodeled place. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom were spacious, with a view of rooftops and windmills. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, with a quick walk to the very center of Brugge, and all it has to offer. Breakfast was absolutely beyond imagining with a wide variety of choices, and fresh squeezed juice and desserts with every breakfast. The choices were better than at any five-star hotel, and in beautiful surroundings. I would never stay anywhere else in this town than Mirabel!

Our room was lovely and when the front desk manager was there, they were helpful but was rare. We had an elevator issue due to a sensor and didn’t come up to get us. We took stairs which was ok but not ideal. The location was awesome and the big windows in room. The lobby is a little worn down.

The location was fantastic (walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and public transit) and the decor was nice. The room size was very good, and we found the bedding very comfortable. Room was also very clean and tidy. Only downsides in our room: ventilation/fan wasn't working, and the bathroom toiletries seemed to be watered down.
