Poor instruction for check in, you need to pay cash deposit, which they didn’t mention beforehand. Room towel was also not given enough, but they did send it after we asked for it
But the view and location was very nice

Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern.
Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL.
