"The hospitality I received from the moment I stepped out of my taxi was very professional. Check in attendant went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. "Since I walked in to the hotel they greeted me well. I arrived to the hotel 1 hour before my check-in time, and I was able to be in the room. Raneem, Manal, and Malik deserve more than 5 stars, they were very polite, friendly and nice. Made sure I am happy. Location is close to a lot of places. Overall service amazing all staff were smiling all the time. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Amman. Thank you guys for the best hospitality!!! "
