Apartments in Ames for Rent

"This reservation was not honored. I believe there was fraudenlent activity that was not correctly flagged by Hotels,com. I was told that there was never a room available to book as everything was sold out well in advance. Considering that we arrived to the hotel minutes before we were planning to leave for a concert, this mistake has a considerable impact on our night.  I am going to have an extremely hard time ever booking through Hotel.com again in the future unless something is done to make this right (outside of my money back which is expected). Please let me know how best to proceed with getting my refund. I also feel that payment for the additional last minute room that we had to book should be considered.  Thank you, Will "
