"It was so run down. We were concerned the elevators would not even work. They look like construction elevators. Walking through the halls nothing looked kept up or clean when we got to the room. It looked OK upon first inspection, but upon further review, everything was filthy the floors, the walls, the bedding everything was disgusting. We had just traveled 10 hours late at night with three children so we sucked it up and stayed, but my children couldn’t wait to get out of there the next day. On top of that there was a convention going on with one of the meeting rooms on our floor, which was fine but quiet time is supposed to start at 10 PM and at midnight it was still very loud. Overall, just a really crappy experience and not worth the money."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was moderate with plenty of options. The only problem we encountered was the limited number of towels they would allow and when we asked for extra pillows and blankets for the pull-out couch we were only given two small blankets. We were told that they could not give us anymore pillows."

"The rooms were extra small. We couldn’t get past each other at the end of the bed without one sitting down first on the bed. The closet wasn’t any better. The full length mirror. there was no way you could stand in front of it and adjust your clothes as it was too close to the bed."

"When I arrived at the listed address I found a large overgrown, fenced-off area where I can only assume this hotel once was. There was a building somewhat nearby that looked sort of like the hotel in the pictures, but it also looked severely abandoned. I tried to contact the property to see if they were still open at the location and I received no response. Don't waste your money unless you're looking for ghosts."

"We were in Memphis for a race at Shelby Farms Park and the location was perfect! The hosts went above and beyond to answer questions about Memphis and give recommendations on things to do and places to dine. We had everything we needed and it was really handy to be able to use the washer and dryer. We would stay again if we ever had reason to return to Memphis! "

"Great Memphis stay in a lovely home. There was plenty of room for several families and space for kids to play indoors and out. Host communicated well throughout the visit and recommended several things to do while we were there. We would book a stay here again! "

"I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund."
