"This was a last min book and for being a 5 star in Iquitos it was quite nice and a good break from the weather but with most pricy hotels, you pay for everything. We had gotten a room that was facing the pool area, very nice and quiet. We were then changed to a different room due to a “mistake” that was facing the plaza, meh it was super loud and not calming at all when you want a break from all the buzz. "Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "
