"This Medieval Village was so good on everything, staring with staff people and the owner was extremely polite and very courteous with me and my wife. We were in Calabria for 10 days we had stay in about 3 different hotels in the area, this was the best one we stayed and I wish we knew about it before, but we are coming back next year. Every request we had was immediately taking care from the staff which were very helpful and very polite. The Medieval Village was very nice and clean and...

"This was our 2nd time staying here and it was even more enjoyable this time. First, let me get this out of the way, the home was absolutely clean and just as beautiful as we remembered it. Your hosts Gabriella and Gianfranco go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. I do recommend their restaurant too, one of the best meals we had.The house has the most incredible view of the ocean from the balcony while we enjoyed our dinner or a drink unwinding from day trips. "I spent various days at Belmonte Calabro with the kind attention of Eco Vacanze Belmonte and I must say it was an amazing experience. Gabriella and Gianfranco refurnished old houses with a high attention to traditional details aiming to preserve the historical heritage of the medieval town and its traditional architecture paying high attention to details. In fact each house have a different chimney and name. Furthermore, aiming at bringing back life to town Gabriella, Gianfranco and his brother...

Hotel Sogni D'Oro Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Loved this hotel."

Falkensteiner Club Funimation Garden Calabria - All inclusive

8/10 Good

"We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasn’t one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, the number of pe"

"Reception and staff were all very pleasant and friendly. When the safe’s alarm went off because of low batteries, they promptly came and serviced it. The bathroom itself was fairly small. The shower had a bit of mold, and the shower doors did not completely close. It was also a fairly small shower, with barely enough room to turn around in it. Water pressure was decent. The only toiletries provided was from the wall-mounted soap dispenser. The bed was extremely firm, as were all the pillows (not to taste). There was parking in front of the hotel, and it was easy to get in and out of. It was close to multiple restaurants, easily walkable."
