「We had a great time as a group of 10. Great all inclusive hotel.」

「We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of...

「Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber extrem klein und nicht wirklich schön. Es ist sehr laut, man hört ständiges Rauschen der Klimaanlagen von draußen und es ist sehr hellhörig. Außerdem brennt die ganze Nacht das Licht über der Eingangstür, was den ganzen Raum erhellt. Das Essen war auch nicht wirklich lecker und die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht. 」

「Such a warm friendly welcome and stellar service. They welcomed us immediately and showed us how to access everything. As we had an early departure flight they offered us a breakfast to go bag which was so thoughtful. What a lovely location, and wonderful staff. We will be back!」

「It was suppoused that the use of the spa for children under 12 were 10:30 to 17:30. However, a português familiy with two kids around 5 years entered the spa at 10:00 and started screaming and diving. So I could not relax and I left there quickly. I wonder why the receptionist allow them to enter. I cannot recommend this hotel. 」

「I stayed there for 8 days. The food was disappointing because there was no sense of Portugal. What helped was different Themes every night, so could try some food of different countries. Due to additional restaurants or rooftop bar, before booking it is highly recommended to check the terms, I found out on arrival that I have only 1 Asian restaurant included that I can have a dinner once during my stay and no rooftop bar because my package is "only all inclusive". I tried this Asian restaurant...
