The description does not tell you that the pull out sofa gets stuck, and when you call the host they do not go and fix it until you ask them a second time. The description...

「Wish there was a message or notes on the shower temperature being backwards it would have saved us all a cold shower. Also would've been nice to know the "split" units for cooling and heating where not so split and they all needed to be on the same temperature it would've saved me from roasting my kids on the upper level while I froze on the bottom level. Lastly the unit is right next to RV's and you can definitely smell them. 」
