"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "

He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity.
