「The hotel was perfectly located to walk along the nearby water edge. We didn’t realize that we had booked a room in an annex building, even though it did say that in the booking. We were in a separate building in the back alleyway and not on the street. The room was modern and clean, but not part of the hotel building. Other than that, we had everything we needed.」

「Great hotel. Nice view, staff hospitality was great.」

「Location was very good! Breakfast and dinner served in the hotel restaurant was excellent! The staff were friendly. The only thing missing was the air conditioner. On a hot summer day the room temperature was very high.」

「Engelberg is quiet city. This hotel is good to enjoy this city. We could relax in whole days. Memory days in my life in ‘angel’ place.」

「Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. There was nothing about the hotel that met our expectations. The overall experience was poor, from the condition of the property and cleanliness to the service and general atmosphere. The room was not comfortable, and the hotel did not feel welcoming or well-maintained. For the price, the experience was simply not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely choose somewhere else for my next stay.」

「Very friendly staff clean rooms. Awesome food at the restaurant. Really a lovely little place. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in town.」

「Hotel is very nice and quiet」
