The room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Lobby needed cleaning.
Bartender during kick back was a younger taller girl was so rude. Questioned us every time we went to get a drink. Didn't want to serve us.
Breakfast was very lacking. No creamer for coffee, no cream cheese. There were 3 ladies only that we saw working breakfast. They were amazing and doing the best they could.
I've been coming to this hotel for a lot of years at least twice a year for girls trip and this trip was so disappointing.
