「I went to Engelberg for a restful weekend of walking and was very happy with my stay. From arrival to departure the ladies who operate the hotel were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, and they are well stocked with comforts like snacks and wine (very fairly priced too!) for late night goodies. I would recommend them and hope to stay again another time.」

「車での旅行であったため、到着までに苦労することはありませんでした。しかし、公共交通機関で向かうとなると大変かも。 天気はあまり良くありませんでしたが、ホテルは湖に面していて景色は最高でした！ スタッフの方も全員親切で、そんなに英語が話せるわけではない私たちにも丁寧に対応してくださいました。 ホテル内のレストランは地元の方？で混み合っていましたが、夕食を食べることはできました。味も非常に美味しく満足のいくものでした。 またスイスを訪れる機会があれば、是非また利用させていただきたいと思います。 その時は天気が良ければと思います！」

Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. 「唯一の暖房器具であるラジエーター（洗面台の下にあります）がうまく機能せず（21時頃から熱くなりました）、寒くて夕方からベッドから出れず、凍えていました。 フロントに繋がる電話機がなく、何か問い合わせたくても、自身の携帯から有料で連絡する必要があります。 ラジエーターが不調だと電話で連絡しても、即座に何か対応してくれるわけでもなく、他の暖房器具もなく、寒い時期に泊まるのは危ないホテルです。 室内にケトルはなく、１Ｆの共用部分にあるコーヒーメーカーでお湯を調達する必要があります。 朝食のホットミールはゆで卵のみで、チーズやハム、ヨーグルトがメインです。クロワッサンは美味しかったです。朝食のスタッフは親切でした。 ルンゲルンはとても素晴らしい景観の街で、駅からも近くて、暖房や問題発生時の対応がしっかりしていれば良いホテルです。」
