"This is a great convenient spot to stay if you want to explore and enjoy great shopping/food. This penthouse had a beautiful view of Stone mountain to the left and Atlanta to the right and Lenox mall across the street. It was perfect for our get away girls night. The property was advertised as 1 bedroom with 2+ bath that has 4 beds and sleeps 6. The beds were described as having 1 King Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed and 2 Double Sofa Beds. "I should have known when the owner kept trying to change me into different places 3 times. Red flags right there. Then when we got there the whole process is a joke. You have to run back to your car before it gets booted. The code to the door was wrong then changed again in mid stay. Got stuck at front door waiting. The pool (the main reason we chose it) was closed all week which they knew but lied to us about it. It takes about 10 minutes to get out of the parking garage to the street. It is a...

"My daughter (16) had a concert @ the Chastain amphitheater. Decided to bring my sister and son(12) for a family trip. We had a great time! The apartment was in the perfect location for all our activities. Plenty of options to walk too. The complex has a great pool with a small game area. Thankfully, we had our own pool towels. We were happy with the size and setup of the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Contact was easy with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Property owner never messaged me. I had to fight with Expedia and VRBO to get a refund. I was stranded and had to find a hotel to stay at. We never got check in information, even the next day, nothing from the owner and it was such a stressful experience. "

"Our host was very easy to communicate with, and was very quick with a response at any question I had. I felt nothing short of safe being in the property. The walk ability is beyond amazing, you have your choice of restaurants, pizzerias, grocery and Ramen. I’m always nervous about being in someone’s place (is the neighborhood safe, is the place going to be clean, etc). I’m happy to report that you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and an even better host! "

"Beautiful hotel centrally located in downtown Atlanta. We were able to walk everywhere. Clean rooms and an awesome bar. Best thing though was the friendly staff! From valet to front desk staff (thanks Nessa!!) to the bartenders…everyone was great. What a nice change of pace from other hotels where the staff is checked out or rude. Would definitely stay again!"
