fully renovated luxury close to one of the best beaches in Almuñecar home. Large garden of 800 meters, jasmine, roses, flower of paradise, orange, bougainvillea etc with a large pool and wonderful flowers.
Bar in the fully equipped garden refrigerator, barbecue, sink etc
large porch, ideal for barbecues or paellas with friends.
It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Very cool in summer and quality in winter, fireplace, heating and air conditioning, although not necessary. Porch outside with a living and dining room for 10 people. Also another room for breakfast very cool in summer. Four loungers for sunbathing by the pool, and a garden with orange, cherimoya, mango, avocado. WIFI and satellite TV.
Parking inside the house, and is also very easy to park on the street. Very quiet, you will only go to the birds, but at the same time very close to the beach and Almuñecar, where there is a lot of atmosphere of all kinds, Restaurants, pizzerias, pub, young atmosphere etc.

AMAZING!!

We spent the month of October 2017 in Villa mi Padre and we could not have had it better! The vila is perfectly located only a short walk from the beaches and very good beach restaurants. Also close to Almunecar shops and large supermarkets The house is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. And the garden is beautiful!! With a very large pool, several fruit trees, a very nice eating area and a fully equipped BBQ and bar area. Our host, Carmen, was very atentive and helpful We would certainly recommend Villa mi Padre for your next vacation.

Schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr wohnliche Ferienwohnung, gute Betten. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin auf Englisch. Ankunft und Abreise ohne Probleme. Ruhige Lage, großer sauberer Pool. Strand in wenigen Gehminuten Entfernung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Auto in fünf Minuten. Wir haben uns gut mit dem Gasherd und Ofen selbst versorgt. Sommer Erholung auch Mitte Oktober noch gut möglich. Man sollte Autan mitnehmen, es gibt sehr viele Mücken. Bilder entsprechen der Wohnung gut.

El alojamiento es increíble. Una auténtica maravilla. Todo al detalle tanto fuera como dentro de la casa. Todo son comodidades. La piscina una maravilla, grande, limpia y con escalera de obra para acceder. Con una barra cubierta justo al lado, con barbacoa y nevera. El porche de la casa impresionante, ya que el cubierto es de vegetación, por lo que la estancia es increiblemnte agradable. Con una zona de sofá y asientos con almohadillas, con una mesa de cristal en medio, donde las sobremesas son una gozada. El interior de la casa súper limpio, precioso y al detalle. No le falta de nada. Es una casa de 10. Con sitio para poder aparcar los coches dentro del recinto. Sin duda, recomendable 100% y repetiremos seguro. Carmen es encantadora, la comunicación con ella súper bien, rápida y eficiente. Muy atenta a todo lo que hemos consultado.

Nos ha gustado mucho, la casa está igual que se muestran en las fotos, es una casa cómoda, bien cuidada, limpia, nosotros solo eramos 4, pero perfectamente pueden ir 6 u 8 personas, tenían menaje para todos, hemos disfrutado mucho del exterior, desayunábamos, comíamos y cenábamos en el jardín, tanto en la mesa rectangular como en la redonda, era difícil decidirse por algún rincón y el sofá de fuera muy cómodo, la piscina genial, a parte de ser enorme, el agua estaba calentita, así que, no había pereza de meterse en ella, la hemos disfrutado tanto los adultos como los niños. Aunque no se ve el mar desde la casa, me sorprendió lo cerca que estábamos, como mucho a 5 minutos andando y luego si querías ir a Almuñécar, podías ir andando o bien en coche que está como mucho a 10 minutos, o sea, la ubicación perfecta. Resumiendo, hemos estado muy a gusto, para repetir

Un pequeño paraíso.

Alquilamos Villa Mi padre en este tiempo de pandemia buscando un sitio tranquilo y cómodo donde poder reunirnos mis padres y hermanos desde distintos puntos de España. Esta semana se ha convertido en un recuerdo familiar inolvidable. Y a ello ha contribuido sin duda esta preciosa casa. Cada rincón del jardín es un pequeño paraíso, tan coqueto y con el olor del jazmín que todo lo impregna. La casa es muy cómoda y no le falta de nada. Y la piscina es muy grande para ser particular. Buena ubicación, en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de la playa y a tiro de piedra de tiendas y chiringuitos. Muy recomendable!!!

La casa muy limpia, es amplia, y con servicios de todo tipo muy completo, había de todo tipo de complementos de cocina y baño. Los jardines excelentes, muy florido, muy variado, amplio y con mobiliario de jardín muy cómodo. La piscina espectacular, grande, limpia y con una temperatura del agua muy cálida, buena hasta para bañarse por las noches. Mi perro ha disfrutado mucho de las amplias zonas de jardín. La dueña muy amable y muy atenta.

Great villa and perfect location

We've just spent a month at Carmen’s wonderful villa - very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen: quality china, glass and cutlery, Miele dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, gas hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, worktop oven/grill, filter coffee machine, stovetop percolator and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. We used 2 of 3 bedrooms, the 2nd when friends and family visited; beds are very comfortable and lots of wardrobe space in all rooms. Ensuite shower room, main bathroom and cloakroom - all 3 beautifully tiled. Washing machine is outside in useful undercover area. The star is the garden and pool area. Although surrounded by other homes it's not overlooked, a wonderful spot for relaxing. Completely enclosed, our little dog loved it and we realxed knowing he was safe. Some local dogs bark a bit, but ours isn’t barky so it wasn’t an issue for us. Lovely areas to sit outside depending on your preference for sun or shade: three different tables & chair areas, a sofa and armchairs, poolside loungers, a pair of cane armchairs and bar stools. The bar area looks as if it would be amazing in summer (power off at this time of year): BBQ, fridge/freezer, freezer, dishwasher, sink and crockery etc. We were a little chilly the first few nights and when the oil filled radiator wasn’t enough Carmen talked us through using the air con units for heat. We had amazing weather so everything warmed up nicely after a few days. The pool isn’t heated so still bit cold at this time of year but a quick dip was braved. There is Wi-fi, but not much, checking emails and social media used it up in the first week. We have generous data packages with our UK mobile provider and had no problem continuing with that. We found English radio stations on the tv and watched the occasional DVD. There is secure parking for a car within the garden. An unobtrusive pool man came once a week to care of the pool and garden. There are several bars/restaurants in walking distance and more started opening towards the end of our stay. There’s a small shop for bread/basic food items at playa Tesorillo. Almuñécar is 2.5 miles walk and everything you need incl vets. There are big supermarkets there and in Motril that we used. We enjoyed the Parque Mediterraneo pathway to Playa Cabria for beer and tapas . It was an hour and twenty minutes to the car parkat Sol y Nieve for skiing. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Et fantastisk sted vi kan anbefale

Vi har været en dejlig uge med familien på dette skønne sted. Haven med blomsterne var fantastisk og meget hyggeligt. Pool området var ligeledes super godt med masser af hygge områder. Og en super skøn bar midt i det hele. Området var meget roligt og huset indendørs havde alle faciliteter. Vi kan varmt anbefale det til andre.

EL estado del alojamiento se corresponde totalmente con las fotografías, todo está muy limpio y el trato de Carmen como anfitriona hacia nosotros ha sido excelente. Great Villa to CHILL out in!

Had a great holiday 2 weeks end of March to middle of April. A couple of really minor issues which Carmen sorted promptly. Quiet residential area, and Villa's internal space perfect and tastefully decorated. Externally this Villa really comes into it's own! Delightful area's to chill out in - In the shade and In the Sun!! Brilliant Pool and our Dog Lola loved the garden area.

Como en casa pero al lado de la playa

Hemos pasado la Semana Santa 2019 en Almuñecar en esta casa estupenda y tanto nosotros como nuestra perrita nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en la tuya propia. Parece recien renovada con materiales de primera calidad y se encuentra en un muy buen estado de conservación. Las camas, la ropa de cama y las toallas son acogedoras. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y almacenar los alimentos. El jardin es un espacio estupendo para desayunar, comer o cenar y/o charlar al sol o a la sombra y permite disfrutar del exterior a cuaquier hora del día. Las flores estan por todas partes, tanto en el exterior como en el interior, incluidas plantas naturales y flores frescas cortadas que hacen que parezca que el jardin se mete en el interior de la casa. Toda la vivienda dispone de un sistema de climatización por aire y un radiador de apoyo en el comedor que nos hizo estar muy agusto incluso cuando llovia y hacía fresco en el exterior. Es una casa para cualquier temporada de año. Respecto de la anfitriona solo tengo elogios por su disponibilidad y su actitud. Muchas gracias Carmen.

House clean, well equipped and stylish. Kitchen/ diner area very good. Bedrooms and bathrooms excellent - very comfy beds. Garden lovely with plenty of seating and eating areas for 8 people. Unfortunately and unusually it rained pretty relentlessly for six days, and the sitting room and dining area can only accommodate 4 people so it was a bit cramped. Very much recommended especially as a summer place.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten hier Ende Oktober zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit. Tolle Blumen, großer sauberer Pool, sehr gepflegter Garten mit Außengrill und -bar. Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Küche war sehr großzügig mit sämtlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr sauber und bequem. Auch für Kleidung war genug Platz in den großen Schränken vorhanden. Zum Meer waren es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Bei Problemen wurde sofort reagiert. Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien sind zahlreich vorhanden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es schon recht kühl, so dass wir die Abende größtenteils im Haus verbracht haben. Mit 8 Personen stellen wir uns das ziemlich eng vor. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und wir können dieses Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Haus und Garten zum Wohlfühlen mit einer dezenten persönlichen Note. .

Wir waren vom 10, Sept. - 1. Okt. 2018 im Haus und können die sehr guten Bewertungen der früheren Gäste nur bestätigen. Haus und Grundstück entsprechen genau der Beschreibung im Werbetext. Auch die Fotos zeigen genau das, was man vorfindet. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ebenso liebevoll, aber unaufdringlich, dekoriert. Das gilt auch für die 2 Bäder. Bei mehr Personen könnten auch die 3(!) WC's wichtig sein. In der Küche funktionieren alle Geräte bestens. Einwandfrei arbeitet auch das Internet. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme haben wir vom Notebook über HDMI-Kabel auf den Fernseher geleitet. Der Garten mit dem besonders großen Pool bietet einen angenehmen, großzügigen Lebensraum inmitten einer vielfältigen Blütenpracht mit ausreichend Schatten und viel frühabendlichem Vogelgezwitscher. 3 km durchgehender Sandstrand bieten weitere Schwimm - und Badeangebote. Gute Restaurants sind zB das "Tito Yayo" an der nächten östlichen Bucht oder ca.1 km westlich das "Arbol Blanco" mit schönem Sitzplatz über dem Strand. Interessante Ausflüge zu den bedeutendsten Monumenten aus maurischer (und darauf folgender)Zeit bieten sich ebenso an wie verschieden Naturparks oder die Sierra Nevada. Granada ist nur in knappe Autostunde entfernt, Cordoba in 2 Stunden bequem zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen Malaga ist es auch nur eine knappe Autostunde.

We enjoyed an amazing 10 nights at this property and loved every minute of it. We couldn't fault it at all the outside area is beautiful and the pool kept the kids amused the entire holiday. Great surrounding area with many bars, restaurants and local shops within walking distance. We loved every single thing about this villa and would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Beautiful villa with great outdoor space.

We had a lovely stay here in July 2018. The house was well decorated, maintained and comfortable. The outside space was wonderful and we spent most of our time sitting in the comfy shaded areas, on the sun loungers or in the pool. We made lots of use of the BBQ and bar as well. We were travelling with a baby, 2 year old and 3 year old and the toddlers had a great time in the pool. We were within walking distance of a park, the beach, local amenities and restaurants. Carmen was extremely accommodating and kind to us during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

Four adults and two children enjoyed one week at Carmes Villa. Overall a great stay where the outdoor area by the pool is really outstanding with a lounge/bar area.
