Well-equipped independent apartment on the ground floor of a villa located in a very quiet area away from night noises, well located and very close to the shopping center and 5 minutes from the magnificent white sand Matalascañas beach with an immense walking tour, more of 20 km. bordered by the well-known Doñana National Park.
In this enclave you can taste a great gastronomic variety especially for fish lovers since Huelva the capital, enjoys a famous variety of this product at very decent prices compared to other markets.
From this enclave you can make excursions in the vicinity, as is the well-known village of Rocio famous for its hermitage of the virgin with the same name in a marsh environment where you can observe the wide variety of birds for hornithological lovers, and little further away we find the enclaves of the Almonte or Bollullos wineries famous for their wines that explain and make their products taste in their cellars.

Horacio was very welcoming, and the apartment is in a fine location for visiting La Donana park.
Horacio is a gracious host, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is great, with miles of awesome beaches a short walk away, and easy access to La Donana park within a short driving distance. In addition to a small kitchen, there is washing machine available, and secure off-street parking. A delight!

Gemütliche ruhige Wohnung
Insgesamt 4 prima Tage in der ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. Musste zeitweise im Homeoffice arbeiten, was mit dem angebotenen Internet der Wohnung hervorragend geklappt hat. Kleiner Supermarkt und Früchteladen war trotz Nebensaison offen und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wohnung wurde mit einer elektrischen Heizung gemütlich warm. Horacio ist ein toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour dans ce petit logement en rez-de-chaussée, tout près de la plage. Le quartier est calme, très bien situé, et donne accès aux activités de la station mais aussi au magnifique parc de Doñana voisin. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, toujours de bon conseil et qui parle très bien français. Merci Horacio !

Sencillo y acogedor
Estancia muy agradable y el propietario siempre atento, uno de los mejores puntos es poder aparcar el coche dentro de la propiedad ya que la zona junto a la playa es escasa en aparcamiento. Como aspecto a mejorar los colchones, muy blandos.
