"The elevator broke down *twice*, the 2nd time trapping my wife in it for 45 minutes!"

"Looks good but that covers the flaws. Bathroom leaks, not much cleaning, inedible and not fresh breakfast plus rude and unhelpful staff. Not worth the money. "
