"The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the heat was not as warm as should be. It was a little chilly. But we made due. Other than that, excellent."

"One night stay. Check in was fast and easy. Small selection but desirable items and reasonably priced convenience items in the lobby. The room was a good size and relatively clean. My daughter did find a used plastic spoon shoved down between the cushions of the desk chair but I can see how that could be easily missed. And there were long strands of hair stuck in the hair dryer. Bathroom shower had good water pressure which is rare and much appreciated! The hand sink didn’t drain well unless you took the stopper completely out. We loved that it was on the water. We watched the ducks and a boat come in from our window. The view wasn’t the prettiest (kind of industrial) but it was also the off season and everything looks dreary in the cold. The internet password didn’t work which staff was essentially no help in fixing. The pool was warm and provided towels. Got pizza from Jim’s pizza box right down the road which was good! Breakfast was lacking for sure but the coffee tea bar was always open and nicely stocked. Overall decent experience and price. Would stay again."

"The room was clean and that wasn’t the concern however the fridge did not work the tv was very small and did not work very well and the internet was awful. I feel like they should at least provide free breakfast for the price the pool was very small but it’s good for small children though it was very cold even though it says heated I ended up leaving the after the first night even though I paid for 2 nights the elevators also randomly stopped working do we had ti Carry everything down the steps "

"Nice hotel for a quick trip to Cleveland. Clean and comfortable., a bit noisy, but there seemed to be a high school sports team staying there so might not be that way all the time…"

"Bathroom floor and tile coving was quite dirty. Towels tiny. Bed squeeky. Desk worn out with holes that were spackled. Slept ok. Inexpensive, for a reason. Coffee, but no breakfast. Location was our main reason for choosing this hotel. Just so so."
