"This property has an excellent location. Very easy to access from NRT by bus for $15 each way. Also, easy access to Disney parks and free shuttles. The rooms are small, I have been spoiled with spacious rooms in the states. Bathroom was clean (enough) but could have been cleaner. Mattress was comfortable as well."

"We absolutely love this hotel every year! It’s so convenient and on rainy days like today, it’s okay because they have a huge indoor playground for the kids! They have arcade and and little hallway library area you can read a book or doze off for a short nap. The cafe upstairs is not that good. The containers are not eco friendly so when they ask to warm up your food, I didn’t realize they were scorching it in plastic. The food does NOT taste good in the cafe. "The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."
