「I thought the property was generally clean inside, but the exterior (Yard Patio) was not maintained. The interior needed some general upgrading, like window shades that were impossible to adjust, Shower door in the master bedroom that, if closed and latched was impossible to open easily. So if left partly ajar water spilled onto the floor. Bed in the master bedroom needs upgrading, and the comforter was old and shabby. Kitchen was adequate but needs a set of bowls for salad and serving etc....
