「Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking.」

「Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. 」

「This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up.
