"This is a small town in Italy away from everything. 4 hours and 2 trains from Rome. This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. They have no fast food chains in this town of about 12,000 but it is a slice of Italy that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. The accommodations were very good but there is no staff onsite. "quiet place, free parking, everything in the building and rooms is new and clean. We were met personally by Paolo and showed the room. Soundproofing is very poor, but we stayed in October so we were alone. A very good option for one night. Room without windows, good lighting. A town with a beautiful coast and a visible sunset."
