Awesome place and service. Very pricey.

Great setting, pool and beach. Most of the staff is friendly. Property is tired and needs a good renovation. Should be considered a standard Riu not a “Riu Palace” compared to other Riu hotels. All rooms are named “suites” even though they are standard size rooms. Balconies of the Eastern side rooms are noisy due to the loud noise from the air handling units below. Food, specially @ the buffet can be much better.

The property is absolutely beautiful; everyone was so nice and responsive to our every need from the time of arrival and departure.

Our family had a great time at Atlantis staying at the Reef. We got two rooms for the four of us and the beds were comfortable. We also made use of the pull out couch and after we put the couch cushions under the mattress it was very comfortable. Pools and beaches were excellent. Staff were wonderful. We did a bit of snorkeling and found a good amount of fish and turtles from both the Paradise and Cove beaches. We also enjoyed the water park. Dining and drink options were plentiful, but all were very expensive. Although the portion sizes at Carmines made up for the costs and we were lucky to have a refrigerator to take some back with us. Going just off premises was less expensive. The buses around the resort were very convenient and we didn't need outside transportation. We took a half day trip to the Blue Lagoon and it was right across the street from one of the stops on the shuttle. We did have a couple issues with the water going out for a little while one day and on the last morning before check out the hot water ran out which is why we gave less than full stars. Overall though it was a wonderful family trip and we would do it again. Thank you

This is paradise BUT please be aware you are paying the price! Nothing at Baha mar is cheap. One drink is $20 and one meal is $50 and up. However, I believe it’s worth it! The food is amazing the hotel offer so many options and experiences. It’s beautiful.
