You will be staying in a spacious and comfortable 5-room villa that spans across two levels, covering an area of 188 square meters. The villa features a cozy lounge area with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a TV with international channels, a flat screen TV, and air conditioning and forced-air heating systems. The villa has direct access to the patio and the swimming pool area. The first level includes one room with a French bed (180 cm length, 220 cm width), a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There is another room with two beds (90 cm length, 200 cm width), a shower, and a toilet, also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a third room on the same level with a French bed (160 cm length, 200 cm width), a bathroom with a shower, bidet, double hand basin, and toilet, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
