5 star chalet with stunning views, top location, free Wi-Fi, ski-in-ski-out

"Overall, Bellwald is an incredible hidden jewel, and this chalet was perfect for our family needs. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it and come back!Communication was probably the only area that could be improved. For some reason, our messages through VRBO weren’t going through, which I’ve never experienced before, so I ended up contacting the host by text instead. Responses could sometimes be a little slow and brief, although the initial VRBO issue may have been outside of the host’s control.There were also a few instructions that seemed to get a little lost in translation and were difficult to follow in English, particularly the directions for finding the parking spot. Having the English instructions reviewed and clarified would make arrival a bit easier for future guests who don’t speak the local language.These were relatively minor issues in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Bellwald is a beautiful place, the chalet was a great fit for our group, and the views alone are worth the visit. We would happily recommend it!"

"Schöne Wohnung im Ortskern. Restaurant um die Ecke und kleiner Laden für das Wesentliche. Unkomplizierter Zugang. Ruhig bis auf die morgendliche Kirchenglocke. Gut gelegen für Wanderungen im Umkreis. Hatten immer einen Parkplatz."
Cozy family-friendly apartment in an idyllic hamlet

"We spent four nights here as a family with two children and had a truly excellent stay. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional Swiss wooden home with lots of character. While it retains its original charm—low ceilings and a very cozy, rustic feel—the apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully upgraded. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower works perfectly with reliable hot water, and everything feels solid and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are warm. You can tell a lot of care went into the renovation.The location offers a fantastic view over the mountains, which makes the stay even more special. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed and making us feel welcome from the start. A great place to stay—highly recommended."
