"My family thoroughly enjoyed this property! It is spacious, safe, quiet, clean, well-stocked with essentials. Grear location for a drive to the beach and Tampa and surrounding communities. Restaurants nearby. Close to attractions. Pool is beautiful and fenced! Large outdoor lanai! Allows dogs. Host is friendly, attentive, kind, and gracious! Check in and out easy! Loved out stay and highly recommend!"

"Did a short weekend trip to the Alafia River with my sister and her kids, before school started. This River house was perfect. It was minutes from Lithia Spring, and also the Boat ramp we planned to use to go and Explore a popular creek. Super clean, towels, and linens were available, as well as all the kitchen utensils we needed to make dinner the second night we were there. The Kids Loved it, and had a great time, the Large Jenga, and corn hole were an added bonus. As well as the fire pit and firewood for making s’mores.The views were amazing, and it was super relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee on the dock in the morning. We would definitely book here again. "

"House was very nice and clean. Small hiccup with amenities but the host answered my concern immediately and got it handled right away, which was great. Be aware that apparently Vrbo breaks the total payment up into “payments”, which I did not request. In fact I ran my first payment thinking it was for the total stay, and then after it ran Vrbo hit me up for an additional 59 for “insurance”, which was mandatory, so I ran that payment separately. Then a day after my stay I’m being hit up for another payment - not the greatest service.**The host and home WAS GREAT, 5 stars!** - but Vrbo, not so much."

"This house worked great for us as we needed to be close to Valrico. It is a ways from Tampa and those activities. It is a short distance to Brandon where there's all the shopping and restaurants you really could want. We were looking for a place to have a f amily visit and it was great for that. Nice back porch and yard. Wish we could have used the excellent fire pit set up but we didn't get a chance to do that! We did have everyone over for a cookout and used the hot tubThe beds were comfortable and there was really every comfort you might need. Can't say that about a lot of places I've stayed! Nice comfortable size conversation areas and dining setup. Kitchen was large enough for 3 of us to be in there at once cooking. The check in process was simple as was the check out. Owners checked on us the day after check in to make sure all was well. For our purposes, this property was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Thanks! "

"What an incredible place! I can’t say enough good about the home and its surroundings. It was an oasis of much needed serenity during a difficult time. Sadly, I had to come to town to deal with the passing of my father and what a setting to escape from the chaos associated with the loss of a loved one. Thanks to Rain for providing such an amazing place to relax. I hope to visit in the future under more enjoyable circumstances to be able to enjoy all this place has to offer."
