You and your family will be so comfortable in this home and community!  Here are the highlights that your entire family can enjoy. QTY (2) TVs in this home. All new appliances, great A/C and central dehumidifier. This beautiful home looks out over a small pond. The primary bathroom has a beautiful queen bed and an attached bathroom with two sinks, a separate toilet room, a shower, and a walk-in closet with a pack and play. The second bedroom and the third bedroom both have beautiful, new queen beds and one TV. The fourth bedroom comes with a queen bed. There is a bathroom by these bedrooms with a bathtub and shower, a toilet, and two sinks. Beautiful clean carpeting, spotless tile in kitchen and main gathering area. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the pond while you sit on your living room couches. Coffee pot and Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top stove, oven and toaster. Beautiful granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Dining room table seats 6 and kitchen island has 3 additional chairs. Wash all your family's clothes in our spotless laundry room with brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer. Comes with laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, bar soap, ironing board, hair dryers and family games, puzzles, books and drawing supplies.  The TVs will provide full access to these apps (Disney+, MAX, HULU), and the family room will provide many more options.

House was very nice and clean. Small hiccup with amenities but the host answered my concern immediately and got it handled right away, which was great. Be aware that apparently Vrbo breaks the total payment up into “payments”, which I did not request. In fact I ran my first payment thinking it was for the total stay, and then after it ran Vrbo hit me up for an additional 59 for “insurance”, which was mandatory, so I ran that payment separately. Then a day after my stay I’m being hit up for another payment - not the greatest service.**The host and home WAS GREAT, 5 stars!** - but Vrbo, not so much.
